We held the LI Awards Ceremony online and in-person at The Brewery, London on Friday 3 November 2023!

The LI Awards are all about celebrating people, place and nature, and the myriad ways that landscape projects can connect them. It celebrates spaces that people can be truly proud of.

In February 2022 the government published its long-awaited Levelling Up White Paper, outlining its mission to ‘level up’ the country. The paper reflects the fact that placemaking, green spaces and the built environment will be instrumental to this agenda. We know that landscape professionals across the globe are already implementing this holistic vision and so the award celebrated their exceptional contributions.

We livestreamed the LI Awards which offered a choice for attendees to travel or watch from home. The Brewery was a popular venue in London where we had performances, great food and welcomed Justin Rowlatt, BBC Climate Editor as the guest host of the year.

There was plenty of opportunity for attendees to network with their peers and industry professionals throughout the day.
